Have you ever blown up a balloon and then let it go, without tying it shut? The air rapidly escapes from the balloon, making it zip all over the room! This is because when you blow up a balloon, you increase the air pressure inside the balloon. This air pressure stretches out the rubber balloon material, just like stretching a rubber band. Both the air pressure and the stretched rubber store potential energy, or energy that is "waiting" to do something.
Esto es lo que han podido comprobar los estudiantes en 6º, en la asignatura de Science, al hacer su -propio coche de cuatro ruedas para ver qué es eso de -friction-.
Algunos han tenido que hacer ajustes en las -wheels, -axles... cada uno ha utilizado su propia imaginación para crear -the body- y todos han hecho trabajar a su ingenio para que al final el resultado fuera lo más optimo posible.
Tras un buen trabajo, una buena muestra de funcionamiento y de conocimiento, y una buena exposición, todos los alumnos quedaron orgullosos de sus -projects- y los profes, ¡también con ellos!
